With changes to the TAC Procedures being approved via TAC email vote and effective June 1st, remote voting will be allowed at this ROS meeting.

Please review the Stakeholder Webex Meeting Administration document posted on the ROS page (partially referenced below).

  • Submit Alternate Rep or Proxy designations to StakeholderServices@ercot.com by 3PM Wednesday, June 3nd
  • Standing Representatives and designated Alternate Representatives should sign into WebEx 30-15 minutes prior to the meeting so that ERCOT Staff can validate their identities via email
    • ROS Standing Representatives should sign in as: 001 ROS Rep – First Last (Company), e.g. 001 ROS Rep – Kevin Bunch (EDF Trading)

Otherwise, ERCOT will send an email to the Standing Representative’s company email on record and confirm they have logged in under their sign in per above – the Standing Representative will reply via email with a confirmation prior to meeting

  • To mute/unmute, hover over the bottom of the WebEx screen to activate the circle icons – mute is the mic on the far left
