Seven days after the applicable Operating Day, ERCOT shall post the portion of any Resource's Energy Offer Curve or Energy Bid/Offer Curve that is at or above 50 times the Fuel Index Price (50xFIP) for any Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) interval in the Real-Time Market (RTM) where any Real-Time Locational Marginal Price (LMP) exceeds 50xFIP, or the portion of any Resource’s Ancillary Service Offer that is at or above 50xFIP for any operating Hour in Day-Ahead Market (DAM) or any SCED intervals in Real-Time Market (RTM) where any Ancillary Service Market Clearing Price for Capacity (MCPC) exceeds 50xFIP.
