| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) requires that changes to an existing Network Operations Model Change Request (NOMCR) that modify only Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data object names be submitted prior to the completion of the testing for the Network Operations Model. |
| Reason: | In many instances, the RTU configuration and point list is not available three months ahead of equipment change implementation. This change will require Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) and Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to provide only the real-time ICCP data object names 15 days prior to change and will allow ERCOT adequate opportunity to test the Network Operations Model prior to moving to production. |
