Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) charges a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) an Ancillary Service failed quantity if the Ancillary Service Supply Responsibility held by the QSE is not met by Resources in their portfolio in Real-Time, based on a comparison of their Real-Time telemetry. The charges will be done systematically without ERCOT control room operators having to take additional action.
