With changes to the TAC Procedures being approved via TAC email vote and effective June 1^st, remote voting will be allowed at this WMS meeting.

Please review the Stakeholder Webex Meeting Administration document posted on the WMS page (partially referenced below).

• Submit Alternate Rep or Proxy designations to StakeholderServices@ercot.com by 3PM Tuesday, June 2nd
• Standing Representatives and designated Alternate Representatives should sign into WebEx 30-15 minutes prior to the meeting so that ERCOT Staff can validate their identities via email
  • WMS Standing Representatives should sign in as: 001 WMS Rep – First Last (Company), e.g. 001 WMS Rep – David Kee (CPS Energy)
  • ERCOT Staff should sign in as: ERCOT – First Last e.g. ERCOT – Brittney Albracht
  • Other participants should sign-in as: First Last (Company), e.g. David Kee (CPS Energy)
• If you are using a phone for audio, please associate your phone to your name by using the "Call me" option (easiest) or the "Call in" option and enter your assigned Attendee ID when prompted
• Standing Representatives can send, from their company email on record, an email to StakeholderServices@ercot.com confirming their WebEx login. Otherwise, ERCOT will send an email to the Standing Representative’s company email on record and confirm they have logged in under their sign in per above – the Standing Representative will reply via email with a confirmation prior to meeting

To minimize noise disruptions on the WebEx while allowing maximum participation, a few tips:

• To mute/unmute, hover over the bottom of the WebEx screen to activate the circle icons – mute is the mic on the far left
• Use the "chat" function to get in the queue instead of "comment from the phone"
