With the changes to the TAC Procedures being approved via TAC email vote and effective June 1^st, remote voting will be allowed at this RMS meeting.

Please review the Stakeholder Webex Meeting Administration document posted on the RMS meeting page.  Important points to note:

• Standing Reps and designated Alternate Reps should sign into Webex 15 minutes prior to the meeting so that ERCOT Staff can validate their identities
  • Sign in as 001 RMS Rep – [Full Name] [(Company)], e.g. 001 RMS Rep – Eric Blakey (Just Energy)
    • If you are using a phone for audio, please associate your phone to your name by using the "Call me" option (easiest) or the "Call in" option and enter your assigned Attendee ID when prompted
  • Standing Rep can send an email to stakeholderservices@ercot.com confirming their login from their company email on record
  • Otherwise, ERCOT will send an email to the Rep’s company email on record and confirm they have logged in under their sign in above – Standing Rep will reply via email with a confirmation prior to meeting

To minimize noise disruptions on the WebEx while allowing maximum participation, a few tips:

• When logging in to WebEx, please use this name convention: First Last (Company)
• When connected to WebEx and using a phone for audio, please associate your phone to your name. There are two ways to do this:
  • Easiest: Use the "Call me" option for audio (enter your phone number; you’ll be called right away), then enter "1"
  • Use the "Call in" option and enter your assigned Attendee ID when prompted (you may have to scroll down to the bottom of the audio pop-up to see your Attendee ID)
• To mute/unmute, hover over the bottom of the WebEx screen to activate the circle icons – mute is the mic on the far left
• Use the "chat" function to get in the queue instead of "comment from the phone"
