| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds the Relay Loadability Rating definition in order to address the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) definition changes for Operational Planning Analysis and Real Time Assessments which adds a requirement to include protection system limitations. These changes also support ERCOT housing and monitoring the Relay Loadability Rating in Energy Management System (EMS) applications. |
