Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) defines Duration-Limited Resource and amends the General Capacity Testing Requirements to reflect operational characteristics of this type of Resource.
Reason: Current testing requirements are designed for conventional Generation Resources, which provide unlimited energy and are able to participate in all markets. This NPRR defines Duration-Limited Resource and adjusts the test for this type of Resource.
