Description: This NPRR incorporates a number of revisions to address changes by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) to P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.502, Pricing Safeguards in Markets Operated by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, in PUCT Project No. 46369, Rulemaking Relating to Reliability Must-Run Service (RMR). More specifically, this NPRR proposes new Protocol language to address numerous issues related to the solicitation and operation of Must-Run Alternative (MRA) Service.
