Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows the option of using the Advanced Metering System (AMS) data submittal process for all Transmission and/or Distribution Provider (TDSP)-read Non-Modeled Generators; and requires an Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter for Block Load Transfer (BLT) metering points registered for Settlements in accordance with Section, Registration and Posting of BLT Points.
