Description: This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies who is responsible to shed Load during an Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) Level 3 event. This NOGRR also clarifies that ERCOT is responsible for directing Load shedding.
Reason: This NOGRR identifies the Entity responsible for Load shed during an EEA Level 3 event within the Operating Guides and aligns the relevant Operating Guide language with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard EOP-003, Load Shedding Plans, and paragraph (4)(a) of Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2, EEA Levels.
