| Description: | This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) changes the responsibility of the annual Operations Training Seminar from the Texas Reliability Entity (TRE) to ERCOT. |
| Reason: | The operations training seminar provides a forum for Market Participants to meet and analyze topics and issues related to the operation of the ERCOT System. As the Independent System Operator (ISO) in the ERCOT Region, ERCOT is in the best position to provide the annual Operations Training Seminar. |
