·         054NOGRR Change Facilitator for the Annual Operations Seminar This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) changes the responsibility of the annual Operations Training Seminar from the Texas Reliability Entity (TRE) to ERCOT. [CNP]

·         055NOGRR Deletion of an Invalid Reference to a Non-Existent NERC Term This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) removes an invalid reference to a non-existent North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) term. [ERCOT]

·         298NPRR New Definitions Related to Black Start This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) proposes new definitions to Section 2.1 and clarifies the use of black start terminology in other sections of the Nodal Protocols.  This NPRR also identifies uses of the proposed terms(s) and makes language changes if applicable.  [OWG]
