| Description: | This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) adds new Section 6.7, Data Dictionary, to the Planning Guide. |
| Reason: | There is currently no specific language in either the Nodal Protocols or Nodal Operating Guides related to the process associated with the submission of Transmission Facility information. Since this type of information is primarily used for planning, it is deemed appropriate to be part of the Planning Guide. |
