Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) synchronizes the Nodal Protocols with Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 845, Definition for IDR Meters and Optional Removal of IDR Meters at a Premise Where an Advanced Meter Can be Provisioned, which clarifies the meaning of an Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter and provides for optional removal of IDR Meters under certain conditions for Premises where an Advanced Meter can be provisioned by the Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP). This NPRR also inserts grey boxed language for reporting requirements in Sections 18.6.1 and 18.6.2, to be implemented post Texas Nodal Market Implementation Date, that were removed from PRR845 due to the impact on Nodal systems and therefore deemed "Not Needed for Go-Live" by the CEO Revision Request Review process.
Reason: To synchronize the Nodal Protocols with PRR845. This NPRR provides guidelines for the mandatory installation and removal of an IDR Meter as it relates to the use of provisioned Advanced Meters.
