This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) establishes a framework whereby two Resource Entities and their associated Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) may jointly share the responsibility for managing the injection and withdrawal limits at a Point of Interconnection (POI) and formalizes the responsible QSE functions through an attestation process that is deemed acceptable to ERCOT.
