Description:	This NPRR adds a new form, Amendment to Standard Form Market Participant Agreement, to the ERCOT Protocols.
Reason:	There may be instances in which a Market Participant (MP) would like to add or delete MP registrations (i.e., Load Serving Entity, CRR Account Holder, etc.) under the Standard Form Market Participant Agreement (SFA). Instead of submitting a new SFA, the MP should submit the Amendment to the SFA to add or delete MP registrations. The Amendment in no way alters the terms and conditions of the existing SFA other than changing the MP registrations.
