PRR472 - ERCOT Meter Read Transaction Validation Reinstatement.  PRS remanded this PRR to RMS in November 2003.   On 03/18/04, RMS (at the submitter’s request) recommended the deferral of PRR 472. 

PRR541 - Regulation Deployment Ramp Rate.  On 9/24/04, PRS voted to remand PRR541 to WMS for additional review

PRR647 -- Gross and Net MW/Mvar Data Reporting.  On 1/19/06, PRS referred PRR647 to ROS for determination of ERCOT needs and identification of data already being reported to ERCOT by Market Participants
