Description: This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) will update the language in Section 7.11 to clarify the processes for Mass Transition to Provider of Last Resort (POLR). Revisions to Section 9 Appendices F2, F3 and F4 are being made to reflect the changes made to Section 7.11.
Reason: This RMGRR will provide clarification to the processes involved during a Mass Transition to POLR event. It minimizes the time that Customers are on POLR service and also ensures that Customers eligible to receive the LITE UP TEXAS discount program are identified to the POLR during the Mass Transition.
