| Description: | New subsection establishes reporting requirements for QSEs that posts the name of any QSE submitting bid for Up Balancing Energy Service with the last price/volume bid being a volume less than three (3%) of the QSE's total volume in that bid curve and is greater than three times the price of the immediately preceding price/volume pair included in that bid curve. |
