| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes an obsolete reference to excess energy payment options from the form of Notification of Suspension of Operations in Section 22, Attachment E. |
| Reason: | Under the zonal Protocols and the zonal Reliability Must-Run (RMR) Agreement, RMR Units were given a choice of two options for the calculation of the net payment for energy in excess of the amount they were obligated to produce. This provision is no longer contained in the relevant Nodal Protocol sections. |
