| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises Section 1.3.6 to include Black Start documents that meet the definition of Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII). |
| Reason: | The Operations Working Group (OWG) proposes changes to the Protocols that, upon approval by the ERCOT Board, would require that Black Start Task Force (BSTF) meetings be closed to the public in order to ensure that the documents and discussions pertaining to Black Start Service are kept confidential and protected under CEII guidelines. This Protocol change would require all participants of the BSTF to sign a non-disclosure agreement. |
