This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) establishes timelines for the modeling of new 765kV and its supporting transmission in the ERCOT Network Operations Model and allows ERCOT to give priority to transmission Outages in support of 765kV transmission construction, commissioning, and energization.
