Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) changes the requirement for DAM clearing to start at 1000 in the Day-Ahead Market to allow time for submission validations. This NPRR incorporates the TPTF discussions for Allocation of McCamey Flowgate Rights (MCFRIs) in Day-Ahead.
Reason:	Under the current schedule, DAM submissions are allowed up to 1000 in the Day-Ahead and DAM clearing must start at 1000. This schedule does not allow any time to validate submissions. The proposed revision coordinates the timeline of allocation of MCFRIs with Simultaneous Feasibility Test in Day-Ahead.
