Description: Revise the necessary section of the Nodal Protocols to ensure that PRR 307 has been included.
Reason: To date PRR 307 has not been included in all areas of the Nodal Protocols to make it possible for qualified Controllable Load Resources to participate. At the June 7, 2006 PUC Open Meeting the Commissioners directed the inclusion of PRR 307 in the Nodal Protocols and in the subsequent software design. This NPRR makes the necessary corrections to meet the direction of the PUC.
