Texas SET Guides Version 3.0

This version of the Texas SET guides contains updates to retail transactions to support the following:

1. Mass Transition long-term automated solution,
2. New requirements and functionality to support POLR Rule -- Project 31416,
3. Transactional solution, functionality, and processes to support Terms and Conditions -- Project 29637,
4. Several miscellaneous change controls to clarify, correct, resolve problems, or enhance transaction functionality for Implementation Guides. 

It was implemented in June, 2007.
