Description:
Add additional codes to the 814_24 REF~1P to give the CR the ability to request the removal of a meter or service separately
Reason:
Market Impact: Currently the B44 code in the 814_24 is the only code available for a CR to use when requesting the removal of a meter or service. The B44 code states ‘Drop and investigate removal of meter and service’. This text does not give the CR the ability to distinguish what they are requesting and forces the TDSP to make an assumption as to what the CR is asking for, as it lumps everything in to one request.
