Premium Disconnect Segment includes MTR for un-metered services which are causing problems in the Market.

AI: TDSPs will find out how MTR is being handled by the TDSPs for unmetered services

YNQ Call Ahead sent on DNPs

CNP is receiving Call Ahead requests on DNPs quite frequently.  Would like to explore adding clarification to the 650_01 IG to indicate when this segment should be sent. 

AI: Issue will be drafted to modify gray box

Power Factor Billing (867_03)

NIDR and IDR usage is being sent in the same file.  Clarification in the 867_03 that stated this was not allowed was removed from the guide. 

AI:  Review 867_03 to add clarification on what loops are allowed in the transaction together

TX SET reviewed Issue Statuses on ERCOT.com and compared with original TX SET issue statuses established.  ERCOT will check on getting statuses on ERCOT.com to reflect TX SET statuses.  Status definitions were clarified.  Procedures will be sent out again and brought to February meeting for approval.

TX SET reviewed the Lessons Learned received to date and discussed next steps for these lessons learned.  Team determined that TX SET would create a checklist based off the lessons learned to be used by future Market Coordination Teams.

MCT Roles & Responsibilities

TX SET reviewed the draft MCT Role & Responsibilities document and discussed.  Edits were made and document will be sent out to the group for another review.  TX SET will draft up an RMGRR to get the language added to the Retail Market Guide so it can be enforced.

Update on Mass Transition Task Force

Texas SET will create Visio updates, PRR for the Mass Transition process the Drop to POLR functionality, implementation guide updates which are being captured in TX SET Issue 2005-I019.  TX SET subgroup will meet on February 8th, 2006
