Description:	This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) revises the file naming convention required for CRs to send Customer Billing Contact Information to ERCOT.
Reason:	ERCOT systems are rejecting certain files because the file naming conventions used by some CRs are different than the RMG naming convention outlined in 7.11.6.2. This revision provides clarification of the acceptable file naming convention for Customer Billing Contact Information files.
