| Description: | The change is a forward-looking clarification of the eligibility for PCRs. The existing language is ambiguous regarding contractual changes between NOIEs and full requirement suppliers. The new wording has been vetted through the TNT Congestion Management Concept group and approved for inclusion in the CRR Whitepaper by the full TNT.In no case will the proposed change create new PCR eligible transactions. |
