| Description: | This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) adds the requirement to the Planning Guide for ERCOT to prepare all flat start simulations. This PGRR also proposes non-substantive administrative changes to correct the title of the Dynamics Working Group Procedural Manual. These are shown below with the author "ERCOT Market Rules." |
