| Description: | This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) creates a standardized declaration form to facilitate compliance with the declaration submission requirement in paragraph (2) of Section 5.3.2 and modifies this paragraph to require submission of this standardized declaration. This PGRR also adds a declaration for adequate water rights which must be submitted to ERCOT upon execution of the Standard Generation Interconnection Agreement (SGIA). |
| Reason: | Market Participants have requested that ERCOT develop a standardized form to be used by Interconnecting Entities (IEs) for the purpose of complying with the declaration requirement. Additionally, ERCOT is creating a standardized declaration form for the submission of adequate water rights. |
