Description: This NPRR clarifies several Protocol sections related to ERS as follows: · Clarifies that there are four ERS service types following the approval of NPRR564, Thirty-Minute Emergency Response Service (ERS) and Other ERS Revisions, and NPRR571: Weather Sensitive ERS-10, Non-Weather Sensitive ERS-10, Weather Sensitive ERS-30 and Non-Weather Sensitive ERS-30.
