| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides a resettlement of the Congestion Renewable Right (CRR) Balancing Account (CRRBA) due to any changes in a Day-Ahead Market (DAM) resettlement that impacts the CRRBA amount. |
| Reason: | Resettlements in the DAM from the start of the market are triggered by the "Dead Bus" issue which created changes in the allocation of the CRRBA. Current Protocols do not provide for a resettlement provision for the CRRBA. This NPRR ensures that changes in the CRRBA amounts as changed through DAM resettlements are accurately allocated through resettlement. |
