This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises the posting timeline on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area of Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) output from hourly to after every SCED interval in Section 6.5.7.1.13.
The proposed change would improve market transparency and operational efficiency by publishing data ERCOT already calculates at the same cadence as the underlying SCED process, enabling Market Participants to respond to system conditions in Real-Time.
