Description: This NPRR incorporates relevant language from: PRR627, RMR Transmission Issues and RMR Contract Extension, that was approved by the Board on 2/21/06; and PRR640, Update Provisions for Capacity and Energy Payments for RMR Service and Add a New Standard Form Agreement for Synchronous Service, that was approved by the Board on 3/21/06.
Reason: To incorporate into the Draft Nodal Protocols provisions approved by the Board for the Zonal market and determined by the ERCOT stakeholders to be relevant to the Nodal market.
