Description: This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) adds the requirement for Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) and Transmission Operators (TOs) to have a touchtone keypad on their Hotline phone.
Reason: This NOGRR adds the requirement for the QSEs and TOs 24x7 control centers to have a touchtone keypad on their Hotline phone in order to provide an acknowledgement of receipt of Verbal Dispatch Instruction (VDI).
