• 106NOGRR Delegation of Firm Load Shedding Responsibility. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies that a Distribtion Service Provider (DSP) may make an agareement with another Entity that delegates the responsibility for managing both automatic and Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) firm Load shed. BTU Language Review.
• 105NOGRR Generation Resource Frequency Response Test Procedure, submitted by the Performance.  This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) adds a Governor test form for Controllable Load Resources and proposes minor corrections to calculations.  (PDCWG) IA review
