Description: This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) adds Lubbock Power & Light’s (LP&L’s) Service Address Zip Codes to the Load Profiling Guide and updates the ERCOT service territory map to include Lubbock County. Additionally, the LPGRR corrects several instances in which zip code counts were inadvertently omitted in the Count column by numbering and renumbering as necessary the affected zip code counts. This LPGRR also addresses the clarification needed for segment assignment of LP&L’s BUSIDRRQ/BUSLRG (DG) Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) due to LP&L currently not offering a 4-Coincident Peak (4-CP) tariff. Adding language will require an Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter for any ESI IDs which have a peak Demand greater than 700 kW or kVA.
Reason: Market efficiencies or enhancements
