  • Provide clarification where needed concerning Issue and Change Control Processes
  • Update to include a provision for SEF files in conjunction with TX SET Implementation Guides validation process for the Market
  • Re-organize the flow of the document
  • Determine if links need to be removed due to link no longer valid.
  • Correct language and references where necessary
