NPRR168, Verifiable Cost General Corrections (possible vote*)

• On Jan. 13, TPTF concurred with the value of including a breakout for heat rates associated with the additional fuel costs proposed for inclusion in the Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) guarantee, but requested that additional discussion be scheduled with the QRWG to review the settlement formulas for accuracy and completeness and to ensure that no significant overpays or underpays will occur if NPRR168 is approved.
