Gray box clarification is needed to make it very clear to all Market Participants as to when the YNQ~Yes/No Call Ahead segment should equal Y=Yes for Customer Initiated Request only and only when Retail Customer Require Call Ahead, along with the appropriate Purpose Codes (REF~8X) where this statement would be applicable to prevent misinterpretation, additional work for all involved and clear expectations.
