Description:
Update Move In Swimlanes to remove Customer Notification Letter (Postcard).
Update or remove the Customer Dropped by CR to AREP swimlane.
Reason:
The Customer Dropped by CR to AREP is no longer valid. Currently if an 814_10 is submitted, ERCOT will reject with an 814_11.
The process to send Customer Notification (Postcards) to Customers is no longer being done on Move Ins and should be removed from the swimlanes to avoid confusion.
