Remove Critical Care/Critical Load indicator from CR initiated transactions by eliminated the REF SU segment from the 814_01, 814_16 and the 814_PC.
Reason:
This puts Direct Energy in the position of telling the TDSP whether or not a Premise is Critical Care or Critical Load and it is not the CR’s responsibility to make this determination. We are having some transactions rejected by the TDSP when there is a discrepancy between what we have in our system and what TDSPs has in theirs.
