This Administrative Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Request (SMOGRR) aligns the Settlement Metering Operating Guide with language proposed in NPRR1298 which extends discretion to review comments to the Subcommittee Report that are posted less than six days in advance of the “next regularly scheduled” Subcommittee meeting. Administrative changes to the Settlement Metering Operating Guide to maintain consistency with Protocol Section 21, Revision Request Process, are allowed under paragraph (5) of Section 10.1, Introduction.
