| Description: | This System Change Request (SCR) allows the price data to be transferred to the Energy Management System (EMS) for distribution over Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) links, as soon as the five-minute Load Zone and Hub prices are calculated in Real-Time. |
