Description: This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) clarifies the e-mail process used for submitting safety-net and emergency reconnect requests to Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) and also updates the CenterPoint Energy (CNP) e-mail address used for submitting those requests. In addition, this RMGRR also introduces a Spanish version of the New Occupant Statement form.
Reason: These changes will eliminate confusion that Retail Electric Providers (REPs) may have when submitting standard and priority safety-net requests as well as emergency reconnect requests to TDSPs. New Appendix J3, Declaración De Nuevo Ocupante (New Occupant Statement -- Spanish), provides Competitive Retailers (CRs) the ability to have both English and Spanish versions available when taking move in applications from retail Customers.
