Background

Status: Approved
Date Posted: Sep 5, 2011
Sponsor: Gene Cervenka on Behalf of the Texas SET Working Group
Urgent: No
Sections: 2.1, 2.2, 7.3.2.6, 11 (new)
Description: This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) incorporates the stacking logic as identified in the Solution to Stacking document into the RMG.
Reason: The stacking logic defines the processes and guidelines for Market Participants operating in the Texas retail market to handle multiple non-sequential transactions on a single Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) and should reside in the RMG. In addition to the current stacking logic, this RMGRR includes changes associated with implementation of Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (TX SET) 4.0.
