| Description: | Required by PUCT. This revision gives the RMR unit owner the option of receiving 10% of positive margins for energy generated in excess of the amount that the unit is obligated to produce under its RMR contract. The RMR owner has the choice of selecting 1 of 2 options no more frequently than on a yearly basis, prior to the time in which the selected option will be in effect. |
