Description: | This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) proposes language to clarify that the ERCOT calculated Voltage Profile is the normally desired scheduled voltage for the specified transmission bus. |
Reason: | This OGRR clarifies that the Voltage Profile, calculated and studied by ERCOT, is the normally desired scheduled voltage for the specified transmission bus that a generator or generators at that bus are to maintain. However, the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) has the authority to deviate, for a specified time period, from the normally desired scheduled voltage should the system conditions dictate such deviation. |
